FAQs
What conditions can acupuncture help with?
Acupuncture is commonly used to treat pain (back, neck, knee, sciatica), stress, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, digestive disorders, menstrual issues, fertility concerns, and more. It’s also effective for boosting overall wellness and energy levels.
Does acupuncture hurt?
Not at all. Most people feel little to no pain. The needles are very thin—much finer than those used for injections. Some patients feel a slight pinch or tingling sensation, followed by a deep sense of relaxation
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your condition and how your body responds. Acute issues may improve in 3–5 sessions, while chronic conditions may require a longer treatment plan. Your practitioner will give you a personalized recommendation after your first visit.
What should I do before my appointment?
We recommend eating a light meal 1–2 hours before your session. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid caffeine and alcohol prior to treatment.
What can I expect after a session?
Most patients feel relaxed, refreshed, or even energized. Occasionally, you may feel tired or emotional as your body processes the treatment—this is completely normal. Be sure to hydrate and rest as needed.
What safety measures do you follow?
We use only single-use, sterile needles and follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe, clean environment. Your well-being is our top priority.
